Yes. Every list in the dashboard has a CSV export. Donor profiles, donation history, campaign data, pledges — you can download everything at any time with no restrictions.
No. Your donor data is never used to train external AI models. The AI features run within your organization's tenant boundary with the same encryption and access controls as every other feature. Aggregated, anonymized patterns (like "most churches use these giving categories") improve default presets — but no individual donor data ever leaves your organization's scope.
